Nivedita Roy is a teacher by profession. Presently she teaches in an American Curriculum school in the Kingdom of Bahrain. She belongs to the city of Nawabs, Lucknow, India 

 Her educational qualifications include Masters in English Literature and B.Ed.

She pursues writing as a passion and loves to express herself through her writings and recital. She is a bilingual poetess cum author.

Her first solo book ‘Gallery de’ heart ‘released on 15th dec 2020.

Her collection of Hindi Poetry book, ‘Komal Ehsaas’ released on 2^nd October 2021.

She has also co-authored 7 anthologies since May 2020 till present

Over the years, there had been many heartfelt scribbles in random diaries and notepads. During lockdown, some scribbles just flew straight from the heart and found shelter on a newly created Facebook page. Since then, there has been no looking back. She started a blog Nexpressions11 on Facebook on May 28, 2020. She has won many awards and certificates in online poetry competitions.

She is the recipient of Indian Independence Day literary Honors 2021 by the largest writer’s forum Motivational strips and Gujarat Sahitya academy. 

She has been awarded the “Prawasi Bhartiya Shri Sahitya Samman” by Perfect life events and Management, Gujarat. 

She continues to participate and host many poetry recital sessions virtually on various online platforms. 

She hosts Book Talk shows too for published authors virtually.

Her inspiration is her late father whom she held in high esteem. She is in love with life and faces each day as a challenge.
