Bakhyt Rustemov. Economist. Passed the labor path from a worker (1969) to an employee of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2000-2008). He was elected a deputy of the city and a member of the Presidium of the City Council. He was a member of the Union of Journalists of the USSR. Now co-chairman of the literary council of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly (Russia). President of the International Commonwealth of People’s Diplomacy (Kazakhstan). President of the Association of Writers and Artists Kazakhstan-SIEZART (Spain). Member of the Jury of literary competitions in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Crimea.

In 2019, he was declared the “Best Writer-Publicist of Kazakhstan”. in 2018 declared “Writer of the Year” in the Slavic countries (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus). For his contribution to world literature and friendship between peoples, he was awarded more than 20 orders, medals, more than 50 Diplomas and Letters of Appreciation from different countries. Author of 30 books. Academician of MEATR (Russia), Honorary Doctor (Spain), the first person from Asia and the Islamic world, was awarded the Miguel Cervantes medal (Peru). President of the first international literary competition “Literary Asia” (Kazakhstan).
