بيان الاتحاد العام للأدباء والكتاب العرب بشأن العدوان ” الإسرائيلي” على غزة والأراضي الفلسطينية، والصادر عن اجتماعه الطاريء  الذي عقد في القاهرة من 6-9 تشرين الثاني/ نوفمبر 2023

يعلن الاتحاد العام للأدباء والكتاب، رفضه المطلق للعدوان العنصري الذي يقوم به المحتل ” الاسرائيلي” تجاه الشعب الفلسطيني في غزة المحاصرة، وغيرها من الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة.      ويؤكد المجتمعون، بمن يمثلونهم، من  عشرات الآلاف من المثقفين العرب ومئات الملايين من أبناء الشعب العربي، رفضهم القاطع للمجازر وسياسة الأرض المحروقة التي تقوم بها سلطات الاحتلال، والتي أدت إلى استشهاد  ما يزيد على عشرة آلاف من المدنيين بينهم سبعة آلاف طفل وامرأة حتى الآن، والتي طالت أيضًا الصحفيين والكتاب، ليستشهد تسعة وأربعون صحفيًّا، وأربعة من الكتاب، إضافة إلى تدمير المشافي، واستهداف الأطقم الطبية وسيارات الإسعاف والمدارس  والمساجد والكنائس  والمخابز وأماكن الإيواء في انتهاك سافر لأبسط المبادىء والقيم الإنسانية    والمواثيق الدولية وخاصة، معاهدات جنيف ولاهاي.

ويؤكد المجتمعون أن ما وقع في السابع من أكتوبر كان إرغامًا ونتيجة حتمية لممارسات الاحتلال (الإسرائيلي) على مدى عقود طويلة، كما يؤكدون دعمهم المطلق للمواقف المبدئية والجهود الكبيرة المبذولة لمنع تهجير الفلسطينيين من أرضهم إلى سيناء أو أي مكان خارج وطنهم. .

 وإذ يدين المجتمعون الاعتداءات “الإسرائيلية” المتكررة على سورية ولبنان، فإنهم يطالبون المنظمات الأممية والحقوقية الدولية، والمنظمات  العربية والإسلامية بالعمل وبذل الجهود وتنسيق المواقف لتحقيق الآتي:

 – الوقف الفوري للعدوان على غزة.

– فتح الممرات الآمنة والسماح بإدخال المساعدات الطبية والغذائية والوقود .

– الالتزام بالمواثيق والمعاهدات الدولية وإيقاف جرائم الحرب، وحروب الإبادة الجماعية والعقاب الجماعي فورًا.

– محاسبة المسؤولين عن المجازر الصهيونية أمام محكمة الجنايات الدولية .

– التصدي لكل محاولات التهجير القسري ووقفها بشكل نهائي.

– ضمان حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني، ومساعدته في قيام دولته الفلسطينية  المستقلة  ذات السيادة وعاصمتها القدس.

– وضع الأسلحة والمنشآت النووية الإسرائيلية تحت رقابة دولية، بعد تهديد وزير التراث الإسرائيلي باستخدامها أمام شعب أعزل

– الانسحاب من الأراضي العربية المحتلة، ووقف التعدي على الحقوق والثروات العربية.

Declaration of the General Union of Arab Writers on the Israeli aggression on Gaza and the  Palestinian territories, issued by its emergency meeting held in Cairo from 6-9 November 2023

 The General Union of Arab Writers declares its absolute rejection of the racist aggression carried out by the Israeli occupier against the Palestinian people in besieged Gaza and other occupied Palestinian territories. 

The participants, represented by tens of thousands of Arab intellectuals and hundreds of millions of Arab people, affirm their categorical rejection of the massacres and scorched land policy carried out by the occupation authorities, which has led to the  martyrdom of more than ten thousand civilians, including seven thousand children and women so far, and which also affected journalists and writers, so that forty-nine journalists and four writers were martyred, in addition to the destruction of hospitals, and the targeting of medical staff, ambulances, schools, mosques, churches, bakeries and shelters in flagrant violation of the most basic human principles and values and international conventions, in particular, the Geneva and the Hague Conventions.

The participants affirm that what happened on the seventh of October was an inevitable result of the practices of the (Israeli) occupation over many decades, and confirm their absolute support for the preliminary positions and great efforts made to prevent the displacement of Palestinians from their land to Sinai or anywhere outside their homeland.

 While condemning the repeated Israeli attacks on Syria and Lebanon, the participants call upon the United Nations, international human rights organizations, and Arab and Islamic organizations to work, exert efforts and coordinate positions to achieve the following:

–  Immediate cessation of aggression against Gaza.

–  Opening safe corridors and allowing the entry of medical aid, food, and fuel.

 –  Abiding by international conventions and treaties and stopping war crimes, genocide, and collective punishment immediately.

   – Holding those responsible for the Zionist massacres accountable before the  International Criminal Court.

– Addressing all attempts at forced displacement and stopping them once and for all.

– Ensuring the rights of the Palestinian people and assisting them in the establishment of their independent and sovereign Palestinian State with Jerusalem as its capital.

– Placing Israeli  nuclear weapons facilities under international control, after the Israeli Minister of Heritage threatened to use them against an unarmed people.

– Withdrawal from the occupied Arab territories and cessation of infringement on Arab rights and wealth.

Déclaration de l’Union générale des écrivains arabes concernant l’agression «israélienne » contre Gaza et les territoires palestiniens, publiée lors de sa réunion d’urgence tenue au Caire du 6 au 9 novembre 2023.

L’Union générale des écrivains déclare son rejet absolu de l’agression raciste commise par l’occupant « israélien » contre le peuple palestinien dans la bande de Gaza assiégée et dans d’autres territoires palestiniens occupés.

Les participants, représentant des dizaines de milliers d’intellectuels arabes et des centaines de millions d’Arabes, affirment leur rejet catégorique des massacres et de la politique de la terre brûlée menée par les autorités d’occupation, qui ont conduit au martyre de plus de dix mille civils, dont sept mille enfants et femmes jusqu’à présent. Ce qui a également touché les journalistes et les écrivains, avec quarante-neuf journalistes et quatre écrivains martyrisés, en plus de la destruction d’hôpitaux et des attaques contre le personnel médical, les ambulances, les écoles, les mosquées, les églises, les boulangeries et les refuges en violation flagrante des principes et des valeurs humanitaires les plus fondamentaux et des conventions internationales, en particulier les Conventions de Genève et de La Haye.

Les participants affirment également que ce qui s’est passé le 7 octobre était une coercition et un résultat inévitable des pratiques de l’occupation (israélienne) pendant de nombreuses décennies. Ils affirment également leur soutien absolu aux positions de principe et aux grands efforts déployés pour empêcher le déplacement des Palestiniens de leur pays vers le Sinaï ou vers n’importe quel endroit en dehors de leur patrie.

Tout en condamnant les attaques « israéliennes » répétées contre la Syrie et le Liban, les participants appellent les organisations onusiennes et internationales de défense des droits de l’homme, ainsi que les

organisations arabes et islamiques, à travailler, à déployer des efforts et à coordonner leurs positions pour atteindre les objectifs suivants :

-Arrêter immédiatement l’agression contre Gaza ;

– Ouvrir des couloirs sécurisés et permettre l’entrée de l’aide médicale, alimentaire et pétrolière ;

– Engagement envers les conventions et les traités internationaux et arrêt immédiat des crimes de guerre, des guerres génocidaires et des punitions collectives.

-Tenir les responsables des massacres sionistes pour responsables devant la Cour pénale internationale.

– Lutter contre toutes les tentatives de déplacement forcé et y mettre un terme une fois pour toutes.

– Garantir les droits du peuple palestinien et l’aider à établir son État palestinien indépendant et souverain avec Jérusalem pour capitale.

– Placer les armes et les installations nucléaires israéliennes sous supervision internationale, après que le ministre israélien du Patrimoine a menacé de les utiliser contre un peuple désarmé.

– Se retirer des territoires arabes occupés et arrêter les violations des droits et des richesses arabes.

Во имя бога самого милостивого , самого милосердного Генеральный союз арабских писателей Канцелярия Генерального секретаря

Заявление Всеобщего союза арабских писателей относительно израильской агрессии против сектора Газа и Палестинских территорий , принятое на экстренном заседании В Каире 9 ноября 2023 года

 Всеобщий союз арабских писателей заявляет о своём абсолютном неприятии расистской агрессии , осуществленной израильскими оккупантами против палестинского народа в осажденной Газе и на других оккупированных Палестинских территориях . Собирающиеся выступая от лица десятков тысяч представителей интеллигенции и от лица сотен миллионов сынов арабского народа , подтверждают свое категорическое неприятие массовых убийств и политики « выжженной земли » со стороны оккупационной власти , коротая привела к мученической смерти более десяти тысяч мирных жителей , в том числе семи тысяч детей и женщин, среди пострадавших есть также журналисты и писатели : сорок девять журналистов и четыре писателя погибли , Помимо этого были разрушены или попали под обстрел больницы , медицинские бригады и кареты скорой помощи , школы , мечети , церкви , пекарни и приюты , что является грубым нарушением самых основных принципов и норм Международных конвенций , особенно Женевской и Гаагской конвенций.

 Присутствующие подтверждают , что произошедшее 7 октября было неизбежным результатом , вытекающим из практики израильской оккупации на протяжении многих десятилетий , они также заявляют о своей абсолютной поддержке принципиальной позиции и активных усилий , направленных на предотвращение перемещения палестинцев с их земель на Синай или в другое любое место за переделами их родины .

 Участники осуждают неоднократные израильские нападения на Сирию и Леван , они призывают международные и правозащитные организации, а также исламские и арабские организации работать и прилагать усилия и согласовывать позиции для достижения следующего :

– Открытие безопасных коридоров и разрешение на ввоз медицинской

помощи , продовольствия и топлива.

– Соблюдение международных конвенций и договоров и немедленное

прекращение военных преступлений , геноцида и политики коллективного

наказания .

– Привлечение виновных в сионистской резне к ответственности перед

Международным уголовным судом .

– Противодействовать всем попыткам насильственного перемещения и

прекратить их раз и навсегда .

– Обеспечение прав палестинского народа и оказание ему помощи в

создании независимого , суеверного палестинского государства со столицей

в Иерусалиме .

– вывод войск с оккупированных арабских территорий и прекращение

ущемления прав арабов и их дискриминации в заработной плате .

Да здравствует Палестина . Слава мученикам .

Dichiarazione dell’Unione Generale degli Scrittori Arabi sull’aggressione “israeliana” contro Gaza e i territori palestinesi, rilasciata nella riunione di emergenza tenutasi al Cairo dal 6 al 9 novembre 2023.

L’Unione Generale degli Scrittori dichiara il suo rifiuto definitivo dell’aggressione razzista compiuta dall’occupazione “israeliana” contro il popolo palestinese nella Striscia di Gaza assediata e in altri territori palestinesi occupati.

I partecipanti, che rappresentano decine di migliaia di intellettuali arabi e centinaia di milioni di arabi, affermano il loro categorico rifiuto dei massacri e della politica della terra bruciata portata avanti dalle autorità di occupazione, che hanno portato al martirio più di diecimila civili, tra cui settemila bambini e donne finora. Ciò ha colpito anche i giornalisti e gli scrittori, in quanto quarantanove giornalisti e quattro scrittori sono stati martirizzati, oltre alla distruzione degli ospedali e gli attacchi al personale medico, ambulanze, scuole, moschee, chiese, panifici e rifugi in flagrante violazione dei principi e dei valori umanitari più fondamentali e delle convenzioni internazionali,  in particolare le convenzioni di Ginevra e dell’Aia.

I partecipanti sostengono anche che ciò che è accaduto il 7 ottobre è stato un risultato inevitabile delle pratiche dell’occupazione (israeliana) eseguite per decenni. Affermano anche il loro sostegno assoluto alla posizioni di principio e ai grandi sforzi che mirano a impedire lo spostamento dei palestinesi dal loro paese al Sinai o in qualsiasi luogo al di fuori della loro patria.

Pur condannando i ripetuti attacchi “israeliani” contro la Siria e il Libano, i partecipanti invitano le Nazioni Unite e le organizzazioni internazionali per i diritti umani, così come le organizzazioni arabe e islamiche, a lavorare, svolgere sforzi e coordinare le loro posizioni per raggiungere i seguenti obiettivi:

– Fermare immediatamente l’aggressione contro Gaza;

– Aprire corridoi sicuri e consentire l’ingresso di aiuti medici, alimentari e petroliferi;

– Impegnarsi nei confronti delle convenzioni e dei trattati internazionali e mettere una fine immediata ai crimini di guerra, alle guerre genocide e alle punizioni collettive.

– Chiedere ai responsabili dei massacri sionisti a rispondere davanti alla Corte Penale Internazionale.

– Lottare contro tutti i tentativi di sfollamento forzato e porvi fine una volta per tutte.

– Garantire i diritti del popolo palestinese e aiutarlo a stabilire il proprio Stato palestinese indipendente e sovrano la cui capitale è Gerusalemme.

– Porre le armi e gli impianti nucleari israeliani sotto la supervisione internazionale, dopo che il ministro del patrimonio israeliano ha minacciato di usarli contro un popolo disarmato.

– Ritirarsi dai territori arabi occupati e fermare le violazioni dei diritti e delle risorse araba.

Declaración de la Unión General de Escritores Árabes sobre la agresión “israelí” contra Gaza y los territorios palestinos, emitida en su reunión de emergencia celebrada en El Cairo del 6 al 9 de noviembre de 2023.

La Unión General de Escritores declara su absoluto rechazo a la agresión racista hecha por el ocupante “israelí” contra el pueblo palestino en sitiada Gaza y en otros territorios palestinos ocupados. Los asistentes, que representan decenas de miles de intelectuales árabes y cientos de millones de los árabes, afirman su rechazo categórico a las masacres y a la política de tierra arrasada llevada a cabo por las fuerzas de ocupación, que han dejado mártires de más de diez mil civiles, entre ellos siete mil niños y mujeres hasta el momento, además de cuarenta y nueve periodistas y cuatro escritores, así como la destrucción de hospitales y ataques contra personal médico, ambulancias, escuelas, mezquitas, iglesias, panaderías y refugios, en una flagrante violación de los principios y valores humanitarios más básicos y de los convenios internacionales, especialmente los Convenios de Ginebra y La Haya .

Los asistentes afirman que lo ocurrido el 7 de octubre fue una coerción y un resultado inevitable de las prácticas de la ocupación (israelí) durante muchas décadas, así como afirman su absoluto apoyo a las posiciones principistas y a los grandes esfuerzos realizados para evitar la expulsión de palestinos, de su tierra al Sinaí o cualquier lugar fuera de su patria.

Como los asistentes condenan los repetidos ataques “israelíes” contra Siria y Líbano, reclama a las organizaciones internacionales e internacionales de derechos humanos, y a las organizaciones árabes e islámicas a reaccionar, hacer esfuerzos y coordinar las posiciones para lograr lo siguiente:

– Cese inmediato de la agresión contra Gaza .

– Abrir los pasillos seguros y permitir la entrada de ayuda médica, alimentaria y de combustible.

– Comprometerse con las convenciones y tratados internacionales y el cese inmediato de los crímenes de guerra, las guerras genocidas y los castigos colectivos.

– Castigar a los responsables de las masacres sionistas ante la Corte Penal Internacional.

– Abordar todos los intentos de desplazamiento forzado y detenerlos permanentemente .

– Garantizar los derechos del pueblo palestino y ayudarle a establecer su Estado palestino independiente y soberano con Al Quds como capital.

– Retirar de los territorios árabes ocupados y cesar de la vulneración de los derechos y la riqueza árabes.
